🌟 From Optigrid to Optogrid: Same Vision, Sharper Focus

If you’ve noticed a small change in our name. Yes, your eyes aren’t playing tricks on you!
Optigrid is becoming Optogrid, with an “O.”

It’s a simple letter swap, but it represents a big step forward in our journey.

Why the change?

When we launched Optigrid, our goal was clear: to make it easier for optical professionals to capture precise measurements like Pupillary Distance (PD), Segment Height (SH), and other key parameters. All through a simple photo workflow.

As we’ve grown, we discovered that our name occasionally caused confusion with products related to electrical grid optimization.
While flattering, it wasn’t exactly the type of “grid” we wanted to be associated with! 😅

So, we decided to refine our brand, keeping our essence while making our identity crisper, more distinct, and more aligned with the world of optics.

That’s how Optogrid was born:
👉 “Opto” for optics, eye, and vision.
👉 “Grid” for precision, structure, and technology.

What stays the same

Everything you know and love about us stays right where it is:

✅ Your account and data remain untouched.
✅ The app continues to work exactly as before.
✅ Measurements, uploads, and reports. All fully operational.
✅ Support, billing, and integrations. Unchanged.

This is a brand evolution, not a reset.
We’re simply making our name as sharp as the results we deliver.

Over the coming weeks, you’ll start seeing our new name and logo appear on:

  • Our website and help center

No action is needed from you. We’ve made sure this transition is smooth and fully backward-compatible.
